Mountains – is a huge part of life of Sergey Vladislavovich Dyablo family.  He argues that sports and tourism has always helped to cope with the vast amount of work.

“Many decisions I made in my life, depended on the mountains that mean so much in my life. It’s a total reboot. Moreover, it is physical training, great company, and incredible mountain beauty. What could be better? “, – says Sergey.

Mountain travel is a hobby due to which mother of Sergey Dyablo – Tatiana (the granddaughter of legendary Efim Fesenko), and his father Vladislav Vsevlodovich Dyablo met each other.

Together they engaged in mountain tourism, mountain hiking, caving, rafting on mountain rivers, have made journeys around the country on foot and by water, and then even grasped foreign automobile routes.

Further these hobbies have turned into great family trips.

It is human nature to overcome yourself and accept the challenges of nature.  A strong man needs development and fulfillment, and in addition to career and work, he needs to get a life, needs a hobby where he can move, but not for business or career, but for his soul.

Father of Sergey Dyablo got caught up in traveling since he was a schoolboy, and he not only read adventure novels and magazines “Around the world” from the family library, he started to visit the tourist club, where he taught the terrain using a compass, knotting, technique of overcoming obstacles. He made his first hiking trip to the Western Caucasus within a group from this club. Then, as a student, entered the pedestrian class of the Institute’s club and took an active part in its sport and social life for many years. As a member of Mechnikov University he was a head of tourist club, was involved in organizing and conducting hiking tours around Crimea, Carpathians, Caucasus and Altai.

“The most important thing in mountain climbing is to find a good and reliable partner. He can help you in difficult times, or even save your life. You want full confidence in the partners with whom you climb side by side. If you understand each other perfectly, you’re on the same “wave”, a hike will be comfortable and safe with such people. The experience of the partners plays a big role. The bigger it is, the more confident you feel.

My inseparable companion in the hikes was my wife – Tatiana. “The spirit of Fesenko” manifested in her very clearly, as she is very initiative and entrepreneurial”, – remembers Vsevolod Dyablo.

Being the pianist, she chopped trees, splitted wood forgetting about her hands, was strokesman on rafts and in no way pandered to boys in our hikes.

After the birth of our son Sergey difficult and dangerous hikes were replaced by more calm and safe ones. When he grew up, he became a member of the family traveling team, and later he was also so fond of traveling that he repeatedly participated in summer and winter ski trips being a part of “Romantic” club.

Mountain climbing is a dangerous hobby that brings joy.  The history of mountain climbing was born few centuries ago. Rivalry for leadership and vibrant curiosity gave rise to this type of recreation. This hobby consists of several types: from the simple climbing up to the summit ascending on snowy mountains. This hobby is only suitable for the people who are strong in body and spirit.

According to Sergey Dyablo, it requires physical and mental preparation, nerves of steel and attention. Even at the elementary level one needs a prepared body. A lot of training is required. At this time you should still train your nerves for perception of critical situations, and go through the courses of psychological training.

It is possible to master many skills during the expedition. For example, terrain association in conditions of poor visibility, the life of a marching camp, physical and moral discipline, experience in the team.

“But any type of mountaineering is still a dope, and the internal buzz, it is the feeling of freedom, the feeling of joy in the mountains; there are incredible peaks there, they are beautiful, what a clean air!, and you understand that the people of your spirit are all around you”, – says Sergey Dyablo.
