But I love cold weather, because due to its cold air, water, even cool shades of colours various ailments are being treated. And winter is the best time to remember about it. However, it is wise to start hardening with cold water in summer, preparing yourself mentally to practice it in winter. You can train yourself starting with rubbing, beginning with hands and ending with feet, and bathing once or twice a week. Gradually you get used to it. The colder the water is, the hotter body feels itself. Due to the effect of cold water, blood circulation increases, when the water temperature goes to -2 and there’s a wet wind, I feel warm going into the water. It’s an incredible feeling of warming up and gaining strength. Plus, in the winter the sea water is crystal clear,” – says Sergey Dyablo.
